If your latest certificate is Master degree and its not ready, you can send the previous qualification which is Bachelor degree, if you dont have bachelor degree you can send your high school certificate. If your certificate is not in English, you must translate it in English then send us both the English and original version.

Passport validity must not be less than 18 months from the date of admission. All pages of the passport (including the empty and cover pages) are required. Kindly make sure that the page numbers of the passport are clearly visible. Two facing pages must be scanned in one A4 size page

Research Proposal (only for master programs by research)
- Financial Support (Bank Statement)
Minimum amount of financial support must be 2500$ to 3000$. If you are financially sponsored by your government or other official financial sponsor you will not need to supply personal bank statements but you will need to provide an official letter from your sponsor on headed paper confirming that they are financially responsible for you during your studies in Malaysia. - English Language Proficiency – IELTS, TOEFL (if any)
- Working Experiences Letter (if any)
If you are working in a company or any other place, kindly furnish a working experience letter which includes these details: your name, position, job description, start and end date of your job, name, address and telephone number of the company with the company stamp and signature.
4. Referee details form
Kindly fill up the form with the details of 2 referees, your referee can be your previous lecturer
